Before you shoot

  • Clean your camera lens
  • Wear a white top or drape a white sheet
  • Remove makeup and fake tan
  • No filters or beauty mode
  • Tie hair back and remove glasses
  • Use your back camera if possible

Lighting

  • Shoot between 9am–2pm
  • Indirect natural light, facing the light source
  • No shadows on your face

Photos you'll need

  • 2–3 passport-style photos, taken in different spots
  • 1–2 childhood or teen photos
  • 2–4 photos of you wearing colours you like

The more supporting photos of you in different colours, taken on a good-quality camera, the better your results.

Common mistakes

  • Photos taken at night or under indoor lights
  • Not cleaning your camera lens
  • Not facing the light source
  • Shadows on your face
  • Coloured walls reflecting onto your face

If your photos aren't suitable, I'll ask for new ones before starting your analysis.
